How can I help?
-

Listen
Being a SEND parent can be lonely, but that need not be the case. I can be someone to talk things through with.
-

Advise
With personal experience and up to date training and knowledge, I can help you navigate the SEND systems and seek the best for you and your family.
-

Support
Being a SEND parent is a journey you don’t have to be on alone. I can stand with you and your family in seeking the best for your child.
-

Empower
With so much misinformation surrounding SEND, I can help you understand your rights and that of your child.
My aims
My ultimate aim is that through supporting parents and carers of children and young people with SEND, these children are understood, valued, treated fairly, have their needs met, and that they are able to access the education they deserve.
For parents and carers of children with SEND to feel heard, seen, and understood, and to know they are not alone.
To help empower parents and carers to participate more equally, effectively and confidently in interactions with third parties particularly with schools and the Local Authority.
